- Red Sun has an attractive red tinged skin and produces crisp bulbs which are mild in flavour
- It grows well in our climate,and is highly rated for its delicate taste making it the perfect choice of shallor for use in salads and for pickling
- It also stores well
What you need to know: - 1 x Shallot Red Sun
- 12 shallots
- Plant as soon as possible in Spring, just pushing into the soil, 6 inches apart. Each bulb planted will split to yield several shallots
- Ready to harvest in August
- Height: 35cm
- Spread: 15cm
